Today I’m joined by my friend Ricky Butterfass. Ricky is an aerospace engineer and a member of The Orion Project, The Disclosure Project, and the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (“CSETI”).
In this conversation, Ricky describes his experience growing up in the 1940s and 1950s, and how the “flying saucer” phenomenon was commonplace during his childhood – often making front page news. Ricky discusses technical aspects of the extraterrestrial phenomenon, including harmonic resonance, phase shifts, and morphogenic fields.
We clarify misconceptions around “abductions” and the staging of hoaxed ET events to create a fear-based, control drama. Ricky describes his first close encounter as a child, and the strange phenomenon that occurred when extraterrestrial beings visited his neighborhood.
We next discuss the different levels of “Beingness” achieved by civilizations as they evolve in consciousness, from Level 0 (humans) to Level 10 (celestial). We describe divine avatars who have manifested on Earth to provide spiritual teachings throughout history.
Ricky explains how he decided to dedicate his career to building spaceships, and the exotic technologies used by extraterrestrials. We then discuss how black operations within Unacknowledged Special Access Programs have been reverse-engineering these technologies for decades.
We discuss the history of the organization in control of these projects, known under various names including Majestic-12, and their ties to the global, petrodollar economic system. We then consider the nature of black holes as eternally collapsing objects.
Ricky describes a close encounter of the fifth kind experience in which divine knowledge was shared – namely, that infinity equals one. Ricky describes his decades-long friendship with Dr. Steven Greer, the Founder of CSETI who also developed the CE5 protocols.
Ricky describes his experience as a young man in his twenties of being onboarded an ET craft in Washington D.C. He discusses synchronistic events several years later when an old friend confirmed she had witnessed him beamed onto the craft. We end the conversation with an optimistic outlook for humanity, and how we can create a civilization in resonance with our star friends.
